This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed with Thenkadal Karuvadu.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and packed within 24 hours of confirmation. You'll receive tracking details by SMS or WhatsApp once your order has shipped.

Delivery Within India

We deliver across India. Delivery generally takes 2–6 business days depending on your location, though remote areas may take a little longer.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping cost and delivery time vary by country, so message us on WhatsApp or email with your location before ordering and we'll confirm the rate and expected delivery window for you.

Minimum Order & Combining Products

Our minimum order quantity is 500 grams per product. You can add multiple varieties to a single order — shipping is calculated per order, not per product, so combining varieties is usually more cost-effective than ordering them separately.

Payment

All orders are prepaid before shipping. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.
